We want ordering from Becoming Elle to feel simple. Here is what happens with your order and the information you share with us.

Orders and payment

Orders are paid in cash when delivered. After an order is placed, we may contact you to confirm the items, address and delivery details. An order is not final until it has been confirmed by us. If an item is unavailable, we will let you know before arranging delivery.

Delivery

The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place the order. Delivery timing depends on the address and availability. Please provide a working phone number and a complete address so the courier can reach you. Delays caused by an incorrect address or an unanswered phone are outside our control.

Returns and problems

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a clear photo. For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Any other return must be agreed with us before it is sent back.

Privacy

We collect the name, phone number, email address and delivery details needed to process and deliver an order. Order records are stored in a private Google Sheet used by Becoming Elle. We use this information only to manage orders, provide customer support, prevent misuse and meet legal or accounting obligations.

We do not sell customer information. We may share the delivery details needed by a courier or service provider working on the order. We keep order information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it where practical.

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, subject to records we are legally required to keep.

Website terms

Product colours can look slightly different on different screens. We try to keep descriptions, availability and prices accurate, but genuine mistakes may happen. If a price or product detail is clearly wrong, we may cancel the affected order and contact you. The site and its photographs, writing and branding may not be copied or reused without permission.
